This is an operational / transactional messaging program for the independent cleaning contractors 989 Hospitality works with. It is not a marketing program and is not open to the general public.
Participation is voluntary
Signing up for these texts is optional. It is not a condition of taking on or continuing cleaning work with 989 Hospitality, and it is not required to create an account, receive assignments, or complete any transaction. If you choose not to sign up, we coordinate with you by phone or in person instead.
How you opt in
If you want the alerts, you opt in by completing our consent form at

The form asks for your name and mobile phone number and asks you to check a box
agreeing to receive recurring text messages about turnover assignments, scheduling,
and guest-preparation details. Submitting the form with that box checked is your
consent to receive these SMS messages from us. Reply STOP at any time to
opt out.
Messages you may receive
- Notice that a unit is ready for turnover and the scheduled cleaning date.
- Incoming-guest details and preparation notes for that turnover.
- Updates or corrections to the above.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with the cleaning schedule — generally one to a few messages per assigned turnover.
Cost
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time
confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Contractors in our program can also reach us directly at the phone number we have
already provided to them.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent to receive text messages with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
