This site hosts the policies for our SMS notification program, which sends operational turnover information to the independent cleaning contractors we work with. It is not a marketing program and is not open to the general public.
Taking part is optional. The text program is a convenience. It is voluntary and is not required to take on or continue cleaning work with 989 Hospitality, to create any account, or to complete any transaction. Contractors who would rather not receive texts simply do not sign up, and we coordinate with them by phone or in person instead.
How contractors opt in: a contractor who wants the alerts completes our consent form at forms.gle/319uVJVaMPtN52sTA, giving their name and mobile number and checking a box agreeing to receive recurring text messages about turnover assignments, scheduling, and guest-preparation details. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. Message frequency is roughly one to a few messages per assigned turnover; message and data rates may apply.
